No room in the inn for Jackalina

Overlooking the lawn at Murangi Home

Seeped in an aura of quiet elegance around a neighbourhood literally to die for, is a rather delectable guest house which in the real world should be home to Whoopi Goldberg.

Shenzi, Simba, Nala & Zazu in Lion King

Most dissimilar in style to Ms. Shenzi Marie Predatora  Veldetta  Jackalina Hyena (Shenzi kind of means idiot/fool/twit in Swahili) Murangi Home, in the behaviour of spotted female Hyenas however, dominates a patch of beautiful living right next to Nairobi National Park.
On a spot Rowan Atkinson would be hard pressed to zazu about, where a brooding Jeremy Irons should be photographed in Black and White by Nick Ysenberg, this soothing little haven offers sanctuary from that madding crowd next door. A 6 bedroom fully serviced home complete with turn down services and a wicked Chef, guests at this spot are spoilt for choice who to hang out with every day.
Baby Elephant at David Sheldrick

Near the home of BBC's 'Elephant Diary', with the snappy Crocs of Nairobi Mamba up the road and a Rothschild or 2 further up, Murangi which means Bamboo in the  Kikuyu language, opened her doors last month to a roaring start.
Check it out on FB and unwrap this Hakuna Matata kind of place.
